• Following the OECD-Central Asia Initiative Ministerial meeting in June 2010,the OECD published a “Central Asia Competitiveness Outlook”.  The Outlook recommends greater economic diversification, reforms in education, greater access to finance for small businesses, and encourages greater foreign investment.
